You have your own selections page on this website. This page lists the general order in which the selections are needed to align with the construction process and provides you with the steps for choosing each selections. Some selections will be appointment-based with a preselected vendor in his/her showroom. Other selections will be menu-based from a variety of styles and finishes. Lastly, some selections, mostly exterior, will be preselected. Please see the below FAQ for more details.

You will have the opportunity to work with preselected salesperson to choose your flooring, cabinets and countertops, appliances, and tile. These vendors will have your plans and can show you the options that are within your contract price. If you decide to upgrade an option, you will have the choice to add the difference to your contract price or to pay the out of pocket before or at settlement.

The following selections will be menu-based: interior doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, fireplace masonry, bathroom accessories, and paint color. Choices of each are shown and can be made on your personal selections page.

The following selections are predetermined: roof, siding and exterior masonry, exterior doors, windows, garage doors, exterior and interior trim, interior stairs and railing and the fireplace unit.
